JOBLINGE HELPS TO COMBAT YOUTH UNEMPLOYMENT BY SUSTAINABLY INTEGRATING DISADVANTAGED YOUNG PEOPLE BETWEEN THE AGES OF 15 AND 27 INTO THE LABOR MARKET.

  • JOBLINGE supports around 2,000 young people every year
  • JOBLINGE is active at over 30 locations in Germany
  • JOBLINGE successfully places 80% of all participants in training

JOBLINGE brings young people with difficult starting conditions into training and is committed to the following core elements: creating equal social opportunities, educational equality, building future-oriented skills and creating an inclusive working world. JOBLINGE supports young people who are unable to take the first step into working life on their own due to their social background, poor educational qualifications, lack of a network or lack of prospects - because everyone deserves the same chance of training.

In the core program, the participants go through various stages of professional qualification, e.g. strengthening skills, writing job applications, interview training, etc., as well as an art and culture program. In addition, JOBLINGE ensures long-term placement by providing training support, thus achieving a sustainability rate of 85% (participants who are still in the company six months after starting training). JOBLINGE has already made a measurable difference to the lives of more than 16,500 young people.

The non-profit initiative sees practical experience from day 1, 1:1 support for participants by volunteer mentors and employees as well as the combined social commitment of business, the state and civil society as the central features and pillars of its work.

By 2030, JOBLINGE aims to have accompanied over 100,000 young people on their way into training. Help us make this vision a reality!
