24 HOURS OF FOOTBALL MAGIC: WINNER KERSTIN AT THE EM QUARTER-FINALS IN BERLIN

Kerstin from Karlsruhe and her husband enjoyed a breathtaking football weekend at the UEFA EURO 2024 quarter-finals in Berlin. As the lucky winners of the VIPrize campaign in aid of Right To Play, the couple travelled to the German capital on Saturday 6 July 2024 full of anticipation.

The excitement in the city was palpable as soon as they arrived on Saturday afternoon. Together, the couple then made their way to the "Home of adidas football", a football experience area specially set up for the European Championships. Although their stay at there was shortened to about 10 minutes due to a sudden thunderstorm warning, it was still a special experience. Sebastian, their local host, greeted the couple warmly and made sure they were provided with a plate of pasta and refreshing drinks despite the rush.

The absolute highlight of the weekend was the quarter-final match between the Netherlands and Turkey at 9pm in Berlin's legendary Olympic Stadium. Kerstin and her husband were thrilled with their first-class seats, which gave them a perfect view of the match.

"Great seats, a great atmosphere and an exciting game," enthused Kerstin. The couple enjoyed every minute of the exciting game and felt part of a great international football festival.

Looking back, Kerstin summarises: "That was a great weekend. An all-round successful weekend with a unique experience!"

Taking part in the VIPrize campaign, which supports Right To Play projects, not only gave Kerstin and her husband an unforgettable football experience, but also contributed to a good cause.
