WINNER HANNEKE EXPERIENCES THE MUSIC OF THE SPHERES WORLD TOUR IN ATHENS!

Our winner Hanneke from Belgium won the two coveted tickets for the sold-out Coldplay concert at the Olympic Stadium in Athens on June 8, 2024.

Thanks to her donation to the Ambulant Children’s Hospice in Munich, she set off for Athens on Friday, June 7. Upon arrival, they checked into their hotel, where they were greeted by the exceptionally friendly and helpful hosts.

On Saturday, the two took the opportunity to spend some time at the beach and enjoy the warm Greek sunshine before the highlight of their trip – the eagerly awaited Coldplay concert. As night fell, they headed to the iconic Olympic Stadium, the venue of the first modern Olympic Games in 1896.

The show turned out to be a truly magical experience, with the band enchanting their fans with a breathtaking light and laser show and their signature glowing wristbands. Unfortunately, Hanneke sprained her ankle during the concert, making Sunday a somewhat quieter day. Despite the injury, they kept their spirits high and enjoyed the beautiful weather in Athens.

Having planned for a few extra days of their stay, Hanneke and her companion made the most of this unforgettable trip.

On Monday, they visited the impressive Acropolis, considered one of the most important ancient monuments. Afterwards, they explored the lively streets of downtown Athens, visited the idyllic National Garden, and ended the day with a spectacular sunset at the beach.

The last day of their trip, Tuesday, was also packed with cultural highlights. They toured the ancient Agora of Athens, one of the best-preserved classical sites in Greece, and strolled through the picturesque alleys of the Monastiraki district, where colorful bazaars and charming tavernas offered an authentic atmosphere.

Hanneke and her companion returned to Belgium with unforgettable memories and a firm resolve to one day experience the fascinating Greek culture and hospitality again.
