CHRISTOPH AND ANDREAS MEET LOTHAR MATTHÄUS AT THE BUNDESLIGA TOP MATCH IN MUNICH!

On the penultimate matchday of the Bundesliga, Christoph and his buddy Andreas had the great fortune to spend a day with the legend of German soccer: Lothar Matthäus. Thanks to his donation for the benefit of SOS Children's Villages worldwide, Christoph got the unique chance to meet the former national player before the top match between FC Bayern Munich and RB Leipzig.

Even before the game, there was an exclusive guided tour by Sky through the media area of the Allianz Arena. Insights that only a few people usually get to see.

After an exciting look behind the scenes, the winner was allowed to meet Lothar Matthäus in person. Lothar was immediately very open and friendly and took time to chat with him about soccer. In addition to an original signature on Christoph's retro DFB jersey, some souvenir photos were also taken with Lothar. Lothar took the time to talk to him about his own experiences and his impressive career. Christoph was impressed by Lothar's humility and down-to-earthness.

As another highlight of the day, Christoph was given tickets directly behind the Bayern trainer's bench for the sold-out FC Bayern vs. RB Leipzig match. He had a first-class view of the pitch and was able to observe the players and coaching staff up close. Christoph was thrilled to witness the players' emotions and the coach's tactical instructions. During halftime and after the game, both winners were also able to enjoy a delicious meal in the journalists' PK / media room. A unique experience that both will not forget so quickly.

After the exciting game, which unfortunately ended 1:3 for RB Leipzig to the disappointment of Bayern fan Christoph, they went exclusively to the after-match press conference. Christoph was able to experience first-hand how Bayern coach Thomas Tuchel and RBL coach Marco Rose answered the journalists' questions.

From the autographs and souvenir photos to getting up close and personal with the match and press conference, it was a unique opportunity that Christoph will hopefully never forget.
