Charles Brice - Australia Tour

Dear Supporters,

This is your chance to meet me in Australia and get exclusive access to Supercars Grand Final – Adelaide.

Having experienced life both walking and sitting – I am passionate about educating and creating awareness about disability, in particular spinal cord injuries. I co-founded Wheel To Walk, to raise funds for the Wings for Life Foundation.

This year, I want to become the first person to handcycle cross-continent from Perth to Sydney. Riding the entire length of the continent - approx 4000km - sitting down, on a specially made bike, pedalling with my hands. This ride has been attempted by an Austrian relay team - but never finished. This may sound hard – but only symbolizes the real challenge to start the (bike) rolling, towards a world where everyone can live to their full potential, regardless of injury or disability.

The proceeds of this campaign will go to spinal cord research and help the foundation on their mission to find a cure for spinal cord injury.

All proceeds of the raffle will go to the not-for-profit foundation Wings for Life. Its mission is to find a cure for spinal cord injury. To reach this ambitious goal, Wings for Life funds world-class scientific research and clinical trials at renowned institutions such as Harvard, Yale or Charité Berlin. To date, Wings for Life has funded 344 research projects. With each project, the foundation is getting closer towards its’ ambitious goal.
