The Gerald Asamoah Foundation, which supports children with heart disease, regardless of their skin color and origin, is a real affair of the heart to Gerald Asamoah. With the Foundation, the former professional footballer of Schalke 04 supports selected projects that aim to help children with heart diseases and to make their lives worth living again. Gerald Asamoah, who despite having a heart defect became a professional footballer, wants to be a role model for others and give them the courage to never give up. In this way, he tries to give some of the happiness back that has happened to him and to show that it always makes sense to hold on to your own dreams and to realize them.
